ADULT CLASSES

DAY: Held Every Sunday, 1400 - 1700 (3 hours)
VENUE: LMTC Dojang, Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang Field, Jalan Utama, Penang
AGE RANGE: 13 and above

We have students from 13 to 50+ training with us. Noone is too old to learn. Adult class training focuses on SELF-DEFENCE, TOURNAMENT TRAINING, as well as TRADITIONAL METHODS to condition and hone the body and senses - both physically and mentally. Learn to Overcome Fear. Learn to React Immediately. When caught in a difficult situation, this training can save your life.



  PSTA(GTF) Registration Fee RM 20-00 (paid once only - lifetime membership)

*Only a nominal monthly fee of RM 15-00 is charged as part of the centre's service to the community*

Additional Adult Class Training includes yearly hill training, jungle tracking, beach training, jogging, weight-lifting, one-day seminars, training camps, hikes, outstation tournaments, etc
