Majora's Mask happens two months after Link defeated Gannondorf. Link is on his horse in search of his fairy friend Navi, when a skullkid that is possesed by the evil Majora's Mask, scares Link's horse away and steals all his weapons. Link is then transported to Termina, a place that is about to be crushed by the moon. In order to save Termina, Link has to play over and over 3 days. He does this by going to the Clock Tower on the third night to travel back in time. His major weapons travel back in time with him. To save his money, Link has to save his money in the bank which is strangely unaffected by the time travel. Eventually, Link fights Majora's Mask, destroys it, and stops the moon from crashing into Termina.
In Majora's Mask, as in Ocarina of Time, Link will get to use a variety of weapons. But, most importantly Link will get to use alot more masks. He buys them from a traveling salesmen from the Happy Mask Shop in Hyrule. Each mask has a special power, such as the Zora Mask, it turns Link into a Zora. When Link transforms into something else he will also get to have special abilities. Such as, when he transforms into a Zora he will get to play a water guitar and get to use his fins as boomerangs.
