Nayru is the Oracle of Ages. She holds the power to travel freely through time. Nayru lives peacefully in the land of Labrynna. In The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages, Nayru was kidnapped by Veran, the evil Sorceress of Shadows. Veran planned to use Nayru's powers to ruin Labrynna's past in order to rule its present. Nayru is also the Goddess of Courage, one of the founders of Hyrule. The magic ability Nayru's Love is named after her. Nayru, the Oracle of Ages, is probably named after the goddess Nayru.
