It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you the new Long Walk Forever web site. What does the creation of this web site indicate? Well, It appears that I may wish to record a little more in the future and perhaps play some shows. Consequently, I created this web site to promote the upcoming initiatives. Not unacknowledged by myself, my fans are spurious, even absent some might say, but this does not discourage me, for this web site is free and I have other things to focus my attention on other than my music. No, I do not have any illusions of imminent success, neither do I possess the motivation to pursue such a dream. I merely desire to make music, record it and play it. If people listen, fine; if they don't listen, I will obviously be quite hurt and upset. Not because my chances for success would appear to be evaporating before my eyes. Rather, I am a sensitive man and such antagonism toward my efforts would undoubtedly dice my heart up into a million tiny little pieces until they become so small that they evaporate into the air and eventually rain on the earth killing any crops and animals dependent upon water and moisture because the rain and, thus, water supply would now be contaminated with desperate sorrow.
In any event, I am currently seeking to eliminate the stench of the previous sappy love-laden lyrics of yester-year, and endeavouring to replace them with more promising lyrics about my interaction with arrogance. Themes include faith, unconscious ignorance, ostensible love that is more likened to hate, misguidance and reconciliation. I hope you enjoy the site and my music.
