Jonas Jackson was deceased by 28 Apr 1643 when Jame Jackson, widow, made a deed of gift to her son Jonas Jackson (N'hamp Co Orders, Deeds, Wills, etc, 1640-45, ff. 142, 198). A certificate for the transportation of ten persons was granted to William Berriman including Roberte Jackson, Jane Jackson and Jonas Jackson (Ibid, p. 126).

Jonas married Jane Berryman in 1635 in Northampton Co, VA. (Jane Berryman was born in 1604 in England and died in 1649 in Northampton Co, VA.)
