Wine

All the wine I have made came from boxed kits. They were all very good and cost wise were about $2.50 a bottle. Since my wine came from grape extract bagged in a box, I don't have any recipes.

Wine is relatively easy to make with the kits. I made a Chardonay, a Merlot, and a Zinfandel. They were all excellent, in my opinion.
The process is simple:

• Add water to the grape concentrate
• Add yeast (I recommend using Wyeast instead of what comes with the kits)
• Wait a long time
• Transfer to secondary
• Wait a long time
• Add finings
• Stir everyday for a week to break up any CO₂
• Bottle
