| I, YOUR NAME HERE, hereafter referred to as "I", agree to the best of my ablility care for the purchased animal, AKC NUMBER HERE. I will not breed him/her for any reason other than to improve the breed, and if I do not believe that breeding this animal will bring the breed closer to the AKC Standard, then I will not breed this animal. I also agree to not leave this animal exposed to the elements, and although I do realize it is not always possible to keep all animals in the house, I do realize that all animals have the right to sufficiant food, fresh water, a clean place to live, and a warm, draft free place to sleep in the winter and a shaded place to sleep in the summer, with protection from wind and rain. If for any reason there is a need to contain this animal, I agree to not leave the animal chained for extended periods of time, I agree that this animal will not life his/her life on the end of a chain, no matter what the housing/feeding conditions are. I agree to provide a kennel if the need arises to contain this animal. I also understand that by signing this contract the breeder, ASHLEY HENSLEY, hereafter referred to as "breeder", can request to see, and be allowed to see the animal and the condition he/she is living in, if she feels there is neglect/abuse being presented. I also agree that if she finds the animal being neglected/abused, the has the right to seize the animal to ensure his/her safety, and then once the neglect/abuse issue is resolved, she can return the animal to the home, as long as she determines there is no danger to the animal present. I also understand that by signing this contract I acknowledge that all actions taken by the breeder are to ensure the safety of the animal. I also agree if for any reason I decide I do not want the responsibility of this animal anymore, I will contact the breeder and give her first choice of purchasing/adopting the animal. I also understand I have three (3) days (not including Sunday) to have the purchased animal examined by a veterinarian and determined to be healthy. If the veterinarian does not deem the animal healthy, or the animal dies within these three (3) days, a refund or exchange for another animal (choosing within the limits of the animals for sale at that time) will be allowed as long as sufficient proof is shown. For health reasons, a statement from the veterinarian and an explination of the health issue is required.
