October 1999: We exhibited three heifers at the 1999 World Dairy Expo. We had the fourth place Winter Heifer Calf, Niermans Commanche Jan. Niermans JP Macey, a daughter of Niermans Kits Mindy, was the fifth place Winter Yearling Heifer, while Niermans Jetways Natalee was the tenth place Fall Yearling. August 1999: Showed at the Indiana and Kentucky State Fairs. Had the first place Intermediate calf, Senior Yearling, and Dry Cow at Indiana State Fair. Niermans Jetway Jassie was the first place 4-year old at both shows.

December 1998: Niermans Jetway Venus was nominated All-American Winter Heifer Calf for 1998. Our Junior Best Three Females were also Nominated All-American.

October 1998: Two heifers that we own were exhibited at the 1998 World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin. Niermans Jetway Venus placed fourth place in the Intermediate(Winter) Heifer Calf class, while Niermans Colbys Mona placed seventh in the Summer Yearling Heifer Class. These heifers and the rest of our show string will be exhibited at the 1998 North American International Livestock Exposition in early November.

We also have several bulls for sale sired by the top sires in the Brown Swiss. Many of these bulls are sons out of the cows featured on this web page. Please contact us for further information.

August 1998: We exhibited our show string at the 1998 Indiana State Fair. We had a good day considering that the Indiana State Fair has one of the finest Brown Swiss state shows in the country. Niermans Jetway Venus placed first in the Intermediate Heifer class and Niermans Colbys Mona placed first in the Summer Yearling Class. We also had second place winners in the Junior Yearling class, a daughter of Niermans Eventides Peggy, in the Senior Yearling class, and Niermans Startrek Nalinda in the 4 year old class. Nalinda was also the second place Best Udder in the class. Shelburne Convincer Valery was the third placed Aged Cow in a very strong class. We also exhibited the third place Senior Two Year old and Three Year old. Our Junior and Senior Best Three Females were second placed also.

July 1998: Our recent classification resulted in three new Excellent cows in our herd. Including Niermans Startrek Nalinda. Also Niermans Sensation Vanessa and Niermans Kits Marcia were classified Excellent.
