The memorandum
We, Cameroonian students, in the Federation of Russia, and in other countries of formal USSR,
Considering the significance of our study for the Cameroonian nation,
Considering the example, which we were assumed to display,
Considering the uncomfortable situation, created around the Russian diplomas in Cameroon,
Considering the lack of seriousness of some students,
Considering the difficulties we are facing in Russian territory,
Considering the difficulties faced by the students at the end of formation,
Considering the delay of information about payment of scholarship additions,
Considering the absence, sometimes, of information about the state of scholarships,
Considering the absence of the news about the situation of compatriots,
Considering the necessity to work together for better results,
Have decided to create the Union of Cameroonians' Scholarship Students in Russia,
with the essential purpose of working hard for the victory of clearness in any matter concerning
Cameroonian students or youth, in Russia as in other countries of this planet.
This union is apolitical, has no profitable purpose, and should struggle against all persons
capable to encroach the image of Cameroon and the honesty of the devoted citizens, that students
are the future Cameroon. It has a statute and internal rules completely made in French and in English.
Particular accent will be offered to the bilingual aspect of our dear and beautiful country: Cameroon.
All documents will be made and signed in French and English, and most of time in Russian
depending of situations and person to whom they will be directed.
The representatives should be able to speak and to write in French or in English,
and to understand each of these two languages.
It requires the title link between the scholarship students and different instances concerning
the formation for which we are in foreign territory. And, does the wish to work for union and success.
As who would say: " With a hand, no fagot! �
