| The boy's face has been blacked out as per the sender's request. There's some wear and tear on the photo but that doesn't change what we're seeing. Those red light patterns on the right don't make sense. Originally I believed them to be Glow Sticks, like at a dance, but was informed the picture was taken outside at a playground in West Hempstead. Then I thought maybe tail lights from a car, but the patterns are too obscure. I tried adjusting the picture quality, zooming in, everything imagineable but still found nothing in the picture that would cause those red beams. I would have seen if there were people holding Glow Sticks or something similar but there are none. I even asked if it was Red Magic Marker, which the sender assured me it was not. The thickness, patterns and brightness of the beams are not consistent at all. Also, after making the picture brighter more lines appeared. I have no idea what they are.
