The Picture on the right is a magnification of the passenger side window of the black car behind the man's left arm in the picture. There is an odd light anomaly in the window. Even though it looks strange we believe it to be a reflection of the sky. The sender believes they see a face in the light formation on the window. We do see the "face" but it may just be an optical illusion from clouds. We'll leave the decision making to you guys.
