as a streak. This explains the disparity in position between the current radio and optical observations, because Red light travels faster than Blue light, Radio waves travel faster light and light travels faster than X-rays...
The s-wave nature of Light is transferred magnetically from atom to atom across the Universe. It is a magnetic wave motion.
