| CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit) is a Federal Goverment Agency that deals with preventing terrorist attacks on the United States of America. CTU is a division of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) but deals with domestic threats as well as foreign. |

| The CTU seen in 24 is actualy a fictional agency. There are however other agencies in the USA that have the same responsibilities. |
