This fantastic and secure luxury three-bedroom apartment on Ocean Drive overlooks Thompsons Bay. It is ideally suited
for outdoor living, with lush gardens, swimming pool, large private patio, and braai (barbecue) facilities.
Situated just 45 kms north of the centre of Durban and 210 kms south of the popular Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Park, the complex is surrounded by various activities. The area has a variety of
18-hole golf courses including Zimbali and Umhlali (each five minutes drive from the apartment) and Princes Grant.
There are dozens of restaurants within minutes drive, and numerous secluded and netted beaches to choose from. Other activities include microlighting, dolphin viewing by boat, horseriding,
Zulu dancing, and visiting crocodile farms.
The apartment has ceramic floor tiles throughout. The lounge/dining area is air-conditioned with CD/tape/radio, 74 cm TV, and satellite TV (DSTV) available. (Bring your "smart" card, or
rent one.)
The spacious main bedroom (with its own TV) is air-conditioned and has an en-suite full bathroom with a large separate shower. The other two other bedrooms (each with twin beds) have
ceiling fans and share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have built-in cupboards, including a dressing table in the main bedroom. There is a lounge/dining room, a large covered patio, a
lock-up garage, and a covered parking bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave/convection oven, espresso machine, washing machine, fridge/freezer, all utensils, and lots of cupboards.
The dining room seats six people comfortably and opens onto a very large covered private patio. The dining facility on the patio seats eight and has a Weber braai (barbecue) available.
All linen is included except for bath and beach towels, and a cleaning service is available on request at a nominal fee. |
