Leaves begin to dance as the branches sway. A wind from the North grows stronger, carrying with it the call of the horn. It calls out for a return of the folk. An ancestral call that draws us back to our beginning as a people and the religion of our forefathers long ago. It is known as Asatru, Odinism, Irminenschaft, Theodish Belief and of course other names...all fall under what is termed Germanic Heathenry. It is here that we meet in fellowship with family and friends both new and old.

Lone Tree Fellowship is a non-kindred based outreach organization with no formal ties to larger heathen national organizations or institutions. Our focus is on building a viable and healthy folkish heathen community in Northern Colorado. Part of that focus being on the quality of the individuals involved and not the quantity to insure the healthy nature of our creation. So what can we offer a budding heathen?

Fellowship with other folkish Heathens on the same path in our growing community is the most obvious. Studies in Germanic Heathen lore, spirituality and our ways come first (Germanic Heathenry is one of few with the "label" in modern-day Paganism as "Heathens with Homework") along with honoring the gods and goddesses of our folk. In a nutshell , we are always learning from the lore and history as well as each other.

If you live in the Tri-City area (Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley and surrounding area) and would like to re-connect with your Germanic roots by all means contact us! Meetings and get togethers for study or blot and sumbel can be fixed or flexible depending on your schedule, we do realize that with the universities (CSU or UNC), colleges (Aims and Front Range Community College) and just plain regular work your schedule may vary greatly. For those outside of the Tri-City area (such as Denver, Estes Park, Longmont or Cheyenne, WY) it depends on how long you would like to travel.

Current meeting times: Every Sunday in Fort Collins.
