Life's Pathway

Through my life's path I walked
Each pathway filled with mind's dust
Passing through a rainbowed stream
Cascading waterfalls steal the peace


The ever gentle cool cool wind
Rejuvinates a traveller's tired soul
Lifting my face up to heaven's gates
Peace fills my heart my spirit lifts


The mind is like a vast open space
Beauty everywhere if I care to find
Tears flow like dewdrops in the morn
Nature's way of heart's passion


For no reason teardrops fall
Captured by emotions of the time
Flashes of mind's eye my senses fill
Abundance of feelings break my wings


And through my life I walked
Has brought me nearer to you
The blank spaces in my thoughts
Now filled with beauty that is you.
