The Dementia caster is at first just a basic magi,
capable of using any school of magic. The most common
of the schools of magic within the Dementia Casters
guild is naturally Necromancy but it is not their call
to fame. Once a new caster has gotten atleast a taste
of the necromatic magics they will be taught how to
absorb things that they have killed, this is a simple
thing to do, there is a small rite involved somthing
that takes but a few second and then the creatures
spirit is pulled into the casters dementia space. once
the creature is within the casters dementia space it
is twisted and curropted until it looks like a horrid
copy of the original. Though the caster has absorb the
creature into his dementia space he has not yet gained
control over it because the spirit of the thing is yet
unbroken, the breaking of the spirit of a creature
absorb is one of the hardest things a caster must do
for if he fails and the creatures spirit attacks
him/her while he/she is in Dementia trance the caster
will either die or become a vegetable(brainless.....).
Once a caster has broken the spirit of a creature in
his dementia space he can call upon the creature at
any time and it would take only a moment befor the
creature comes to being.
There are few Dementia Casters whom master the theft
of nightmares from other beings, most who learn the
art only have the ability to steal random dreams where
as those who have devoted their lives to the art of
dream theft can steal not only specific nightmares but
they can also steal them from specific individuals.
The guild moving to Lupani is lead by Caster Striker,
this caster though young has surpassed many of his
elders in power. He has been cast away from the home
of the casters for his defiance but he cares not, his
intent is to rebuild the caster society and make them
stronger as a whole by wiping out the old order of
casters leaving the casters all under his control.
Though Striker is a firm leader he is not yet able to
make his body function properly with the auras that
come from his castings and he weakeness easily from
more major castings. He also sees the need for a god
to keep dicapline within the guild strong and to give
his casters some reason to come to lupani and train
under Striker and his casters.
