"Tickets are now on sale for this year's Pendle Witch Camp, to be held
on 24th - 27th June, 2005 .
We�ve had to find a new site for this year�s camp, owing to United
Utilities intention, to carry out excavation work in the field
adjacent to where the camp was held, last year. It�s been a bit of a
struggle, to find somewhere both suitable and welcoming. However,
we�re sure you�ll love the new location for the 2005 Camp.
Tania Ahsan, Editor of Prediction Magazine, will be back with us as
main speaker. Lots more speakers and a variety of entertainers, are
still being confirmed. Rest assured, there�ll be a great line up of
talks and workshops to keep you out of mischief; as well as stalls
laden with fabulous wares.
The Summer Solstice ceremony will be conducted (in English!) by Mike
Cadman of Murgen�s Keep, The caf� and a fireshow will be provided by
Weirdigans. There�s a sweat lodge, kite making workshop, Tai Chi
demonstration??
Ticket prices are the same as last year (�25.00), and owing to popular
demand, we�ve also produced day tickets, for the Saturday or Sunday;
for those unable to attend the whole weekend event. There are 300
tickets available this year, and priority will be given to people who
attended the Camp last year.
If you did come to the first Pendle Witch Camp, your booking form will
be posted out to you this weekend. Anyone, who didn't come to last
year's Camp; wishing to come along this year, can obtain a booking
form by request, as an email attachment or by snailmail.
A full programme of events, will be sent out with tickets purchased,
along with the directions to the new campsite. Please allow up to 28
days for tickets to be sent out to you.
