Cade: Well, are you ready? I need some extensive shit this week. Not that I’m worried, but I kinda exaggerated when I said that Cabalar sucked. He’ll probably go down in the books as one of the most solid people I’ve been up against in my career, but I’m going to prove that I won’t buckle under the pressure, and come out with a win. Now how would that look for my career?
Steve: Well, he’s a lot better than what most people give him I’d say. He was underdogged in that match, cause look at you guys. Phan practically eats from Logan’s ass, and he’s been giving you and Rog all the shots that you’ve needed, to be where you are now. But he came through on his own, to work around such a pathetic team. You’ve got to give the man that.
Cade: Yeah, exactly. But I’m not going to give up, fear is not a factor when you do what it is that we do. Fear is but another way to be motivated, to show yourself what you can and will do, that that is what I’m looking forward to doing. Cabalar may not think of me as a threat, or maybe even as a challenge, but when we step inside of the ring, I’ll make sure he sees me, I’ll make sure he knows who I am, and I’ll do that, my introducing him, to the penalty he gets for underestimating me. He was able to claim our loss because of slacking, but that won’t happen here. That is yet another factor. If we were able to give our full time to that match, it would have maybe been drawn down the line, but that’s not how we work. We’re a band that work better individually at least. We’ve done a lot more alone, then together.
Steve: Exactly, maybe it looks like you’re fucking finally starting to understand something for once. Cade, the worst thing to ever do against an enemy, is under estimate them, do everything but that. Insult his ass, beat his ass around, do anything and everything that you can, but never come out and say that you’ll be able to beat him without simply trying, or that it won’t be a problem. That is but probably the single most thing that makes everyone so weak around here. A match is practically won before it is even fought. It’s more mental than physical.
Cade: I’ve done that a lot, I’m sure everyone has seen it. But I don’t plan on a loss, it might be a hard fought win, but that’s what it takes, then I will do it. If I go down, under the pin, knowing that I gave it my best, it’ll do me a lot better, losses are something you can learn from. They at the same time break you down, and make you better at the same time. A strong person, knows how to use everything to his advantage, and, I may not be exactly known how to do that now, but I have more than plenty of time to learn.
[Action]
Steve rushes in once more, and his time lands a DDT, driving his head down, and into the mat, leaving a bit of a sweat stain near the center. Cade doesn’t let this effect him, and has gotten back to his feet, tripping Steve back down, and then applies a camel clutch, not letting him back up.---A few more minutes pass as the struggle goes by, ten minutes are in, and neither of the men are running low on power, or strength. The door in the front swings open, and Logan steps in, looking over the men that were almost in front of him, Cade and Steve almost stopping at the sound.
Logan: I thought I smelled man sweat, what’s going on around here? Not training for the match already are you?
Cade: It couldn’t hurt.
Logan: Exactly, but we need parties to arrange. I wouldn’t give Cabalar too much thought. Besides, I have him next week, if you can’t get the job done, I’ll make more than sure that I do. I owe that fucker a lot more than what’s coming to him, I’ll say that right now.
Cade: Sounds like a good match, but so far I have nothing going on for the XBZ, so I have no worries that my title will fly away, doesn’t exactly break my heart, but I’d like to at least work for this title, and Mike C isn’t someone who is worth the time.
Cade: It wasn’t a fluke, we simply lost fairly. As weird as that sounds coming from me, we weren’t ready. We don’t train like most people do, or should. We let them blow by us, and we need not to give it a second chance to happen. But anyways, who do you think will win the XBZ?
Logan: Me.
Cade: Well, we’re both in that match, on different sides, and if it boils down to be us, I’ll not take a dive, you know that right?
Logan: I wouldn’t expect you to, I would see it to be a good match, but good luck to you and Rogerio both.
Cade: It’s not needed, just give your best, and that’s all that I need for a thanks.
Logan: But besides the point, you did your job last week, really did what you were supposed to, and I like that. Next week will be different, we’ll pull from the loss, and only be better. Remember, losses are meant to be learned from. And I don’t mean to say that because I plan on anymore, I’m saying that so that I’m sure that we won’t lose again.
Cade: Yet again, I still don’t plan on to lose. I’m going to come into this Show Down reborn, you’re all going to see a new side to Cade Silver. So far, I’ve only slacked for weeks apon weeks, apon weeks. But that is soon to come to an abrupt end. I slid by with only giving it ten percent, and I finally hit the breaks. I’ve found a match that will only bring the best out in me, and I won’t let it go. But Logan, I’m going to promise you something.
Logan: Hmmm?
Cade: I’ll leave some of Cabalar for you, when XBZ Comes.
Logan: Good deal.
[Action]
Logan: So Steve, it’s good to finally see another Silver other than Cade. Did you ever think about going into wrestling yourself? I mean hell, it must be a bitch to stay in the shadow, if that’s what you might be able to call it.
Steve: I was interested in doing it at one point, but I lost interest in it. Besides, I’m not as good as Cade, I can keep up with him in a spar maybe, but a spar is a lot different from a real match. But I think that maybe if I get a real good inspiration, I might get into it one day. But I wouldn’t get your hopes up.
Cade: And inspiration? That’s what has been keeping you from being in the ring? Well hell, why didn’t you tell me. You should just come and watch one of my matches, in the flesh, then I’m pretty sure that’d be able to get you in. And if that didn’t work, I’m sure I could get you in to see Logan. There is never a worry about skill or money. Cause as good revenue as the Illuminati has brought it, that’s the very last thing you’ll have to worry about.
Logan: Well boys, I think I’ve spent enough time standing in this sweat factory. How about we all go and join the party?
Cade: What party?
Logan: The one I’m getting ready to go start. You forget, I can start whatever the hell I want, when I want.
Cade: Oh yeah, I’m in for sure. Just need to do a bit of cleaning up. Are you in Steve?
Steve: Will there be beer?
Logan: At one of my parties? Fuck no….they’ll only be the best shit, fuck that. We only do the shit that messes you up after the first or second drag, that wacko weed.
Steve: Then count me in to.
Logan: Spread the wealth.
Cade: Give us about five minutes, we’re done here, but I’ve gotta get Steve in with some good clothes.
Logan: Whatever, it’ll not leave.
[Action]
Cade: Yo, Logan, Steve over here is looking abit lonely, he needs some leg, mind sending a few of those hos over here for the night?
Logan: Nah, I’ve got Martha, he can’t have as many as he wants. - He pushes on two, one with each hand, and points over to Steve, as they both run over to him. - Done, and done. Enjoy my man.
Cade: See, didn’t I tell you that uncle Logan would set you up with some good shit, or what?
[Action]
Steve: And to think I actually doubted that, Logan is the fucking man.
Cade: That’s the first thing that you don’t do in this house. For one, whatever that is said, normally gets done. And when Logan says he’s going to do something, than he does it three times better than what he says. It’s nothing hard to get used to.
Steve: Well hell, I might have to get used to visiting around here a little more often. Party like hell, and come back to only win matches, and earn a lot of respect, you really can’t beat that with a stick.
[Action]
Woman 1: Yes Rogerio?
Woman2: Did you need us for something?
RB: Not right now, but I could always use you two for tonight, but stick around, I need some eye candy to look at, while I kick back, and hit dis shit, if you know what I mean.
[Action]
Cade: Man, we really need to do a lot better…on this shit. I mean we’ve done good so far, but we really shouldn’t have lost that match last week. So I say we party like hell these next few days, and then hit the gym. Does that sound good to you?
RG: Hell yeah, you seriously couldn’t beat that plan.
Scene fades to black.
Cade rolls his shoulders a bit, the faint bit of sunlight that beamed from the blinds at the top of the wall, from the window, covered the ring. Both men begun to juke around the sides, having a stare down, neither striking for a moment or so, but Steve is the first one to break this. He jumps forward, with a slight side step, moving his left foot forward, in the center of Cade’s two, and attempts to flip him over his shoulder. But instead, Cade rocks his hips, and plants his feet down into the mat, applying a head lock to his brother, and holds his head down to his side, clamping his knuckles down hard into the side of his head, and doesn’t let up, giving the head a tighter squeeze each time. He watches on as his brothers eyes begin to close. Not from pain, but from the ability that he couldn’t get out of the hold. But as the time went, Cade’s grip loosened, from a bit of lack of stamina, and Steve slid out from the old, and slammed a knee into his gut, bringing Cade a bit down, into a slight bend.
[End Action]
Logan, looks over to Silver, who had been silent this whole conversation, leaned over against the corner. Logan approached the ring, and tilted his head somewhat, taking a cig from his shirt pocket, and places it between his lips, and lit it, the end turning the usual fire red. Cade slid out of the ring, himself grabbing the usual bottle of water he had waiting on him after a work out.
[End Action]
Logan walks out, Steve and Cade follows. The scene fades to black….
A few minutes later, the camera opens up, in a party. Rogerio is seen in the front, wearing a pair of headphones, working the DJ machine. Logan is setting around a group of women, with Martha closer to him, while Cade, and Steve sat on the side. On the right side of Cade was Tiffany, but Steve was lonely.
[End Action]
Steve takes a hit, and holds it in for about ten seconds, and blows it out, taking a woman in each arm, Steve has a grin, and nods.
[End Action]
Cade looks around the party, and grabs a red marked cup, and downs a bit of what was in it, and sets down. Rogerio puts some music on, and approaches the small group, looking around a bit, he snaps his fingers, and its approached.
[End Action]
The girls giggle each in his arms. Steve hands the blunt, and all three of them set down on their own little couch, while Cade looks over to Logan, and nods. Cade approaches RG.
[End Action]
Cade Silver reminding you: "Believe nothing you hear, and half of what you see."
