New Head Coach David Lindstrom joins Kinder London Towers for the remainder of the 2001/02 season.

The American plau-caller take the helm at Towers after two seasons as coach of the top Japanese side, Mitsubishi Electronics. With previous spells in Australia's competitive National Baksetball League and Americas NCAA, the 55-year-old brings a wealth of international knowledge and expertise. he was voted Australia's NBL Coach of the Year in 1987.

With the challenge of playing in Britain and Europe being one of the major attractions to the job, Lindstrom will be looking to improve on last season's exploits at home, as well as abroad.
