England international, Silas Cheung is a new face on the London Towers roster for the upcoming campaign.

London-Born Silas has been tempted by the Towers despite announcing he was retiring from active basketball less than a year ago. prior to his announcement the 188cm (6'2") guard enjoyed a spell with Belgian side Athlon Leper, whom he joined in 1998. He averaged more than 8 points and 2.75 assists per game during the two seasons in the belgian league.

Prior to that, the Mount St Mary's University graduate played in the Korac Cup as well as the Bundesliga, where he won the German National Cup in 1997-98.

A versatile guard, Silas will be a great asset, covering the point guard, as well as, the two guard where he can take advantage of his shooting ability.
