You’ll always be the jilted one
You’ll never walk in love’s golden sun
Your heart will never feel
The love that is truly real
The love that it deserves to
The love that’s set aside for a lucky few
You’ve broken a lot of hearts
Left them on the ground apart
You’ve broken them along your way
When all they wanted was for you to stay
And not leave this mess in the path of life
There’s too much chaos – too much strife
You keep on walking never looking back
Being the strong one with nothing to lack
Holding your head high
While looking no one in the eye
