imyta 6 features the competitions held in montreal and liverpool in 2002. there are even more crazy gaps, switch ups and bails from the likes of brian shima, chris haffey, rob "mullet man" thompson, selwin briggs, guy crawford, albert hooi and rich taylor to name but a few!! the bonuses on the DVD include a behind the scenes look on how the competition is set up in liverpool and an industry spotlight on rage software. this film is very well edited and directed. the soundtrack is good and nicely lays in the background- no raging metal or punk tunes or bass beats that distract viewing. i recommend this to any skater. it's a great installment of an ever growing popular competition that displays the raw talent of street skating across the globe.

ok, so this film is relatively old (2001) i still thought i'd review it as it's one of my favourite films. each section is great to watch and the soundtrack is really diverse and was well selected. it features chris haffey, brian shima, dustin jones, aaron dizon, lyle shivak, damien wilson, sandro timoteo, abdiel colberg and jon elliot. the majority of the film is shot in south california with a bit of footage from south america and there is vast amount of tricks to fill your skate vocab! this is a really great video but hard to get hold of as it's distributed by daily bread but check route one as this is where i got mine from!

the mindgame team is arguably the most talented in the world and it's hard to argue against that with the skills of feinberg, latimer and farmer. though initally this will seem odd to you as it has a subtle "story line" which i'm sure many of you won't understand until you've watched it a couple of times, it shows some of the greatest, most innovative and techical skating man has seen. you could give this team a piece of wood and they could session it for hours displaying the creativeness of our sport. if you need some inspiration, watch this and see what happens....
there aren't many UK skate films yet there is a vast amount of talent to be seen in 3-2-1 from the USD-UK team's tour in the summer of 2002 featuring Ty Brisset, Travis Sweeney and Oli Short. this is long time unity photographer si cox's debut film and it contains a lot of laughs as well as great skating from the likes of albert hooi, oli short and a "guest appearence" from anthony mackie and also a crazy security man "on crack" trying to run people over! there are sections on each of the team skaters and also the stops on the tour such as livingstone and rampworx. Si has done a brilliant job in editing both with music and effects and is a must for all uk skaters!
