In Character Rules
To get experience, the players
must keep a record of what they have role played and upon what day. The list
should look like this:
Date - Character Name - Character
Type
1/1/01 - Mr. X - Vampire/Toreador
This
must then be sent in on the Monday of each week, displaying the role play
that was done for the previous week.
Also for you to earn experience points a scene must take place in the room, now, scenes that contain graphic sexual images between characters, no matter how you claim it helps build up story etc, does not need to happen. It can simple be scene skipped. Anything else that may annoy, upset, etc, happens although certain scenes should be cleared with any Storytellers present and might be asked to go private.
Whenever you’re role playing, you must keep a log of what is said by your character, who they interact with and anything they do - including dice rolls. If you do not have a transcript and claim to have done something or have a specific item, that isn’t common in the game, you’ll be expected to back up your claim with the transcript. If you’re unable to do this, then your claim is void.
There’s no need to attempt to display whose character is better then someone else. The whole point of role play is for people to have fun with one another if you’re unable to have fun without bragging this isn’t the room for you to play in and you’ll be ignored. There are many rooms throughout Yahoo! And mIRC that would be better suited for this.
If someone is either ruining a scene or breaking any of the rules his character will be played by the ST and he will be placed on ignore for the rest of the scene. You get one warning, before this happens.
A note on Merits and Flaws; certain people seem to be unable to recognize that another person has certain Merits or Flaws that will affect their character. It is important that you do acknowledge what someone has. If you're unable to do this, certain things might happen, resulting in loss of traits on your character sheet or worse.
