Lore of the Winds

* Summon Wind
This evocation allows the demon to call up a wind seemingly from nowhere. The Scourge can control the wind's general direction, and use it to gain increased distance on a leap or hamper the effectiveness of ranged weapons. It can also be used to exert force against an object or person, though it does no damage beyond knocking someone from their feet, and lasts only a few seconds. Can be evoked anywhere within line of sight.
Torment: When a monstrous demon summons up a wind, it is tainted with the reek of a charnel house, stinking of death and decay. Anyone caught in the blast may find themselves battered and bruised painfully, and even left retching uncontrollably.

** Fist of Air
This evocation allows a demon to manipulate air pressure, allowing her to crush objects, or stun and harm living beings. Requires line of sight on the target.
Torment: Monstrous demons are capable of drawing on their hate to intensify the force of this evocation to the degree that it inflicts more damage on living targets.

*** Command the Wind
When a Scourge uses this evocation, he is surrounded by swirling winds that become extensions of his will. He can use these gusts of air to manipulate objects with fine detail, even able to type on a keyboard, or place a key in a lock, though more complex and fine actions are more difficult. The evocation can last up to an hour, and is effective from a few yards away.
Torment: The winds stirred by a monstrous demon become a foul miasma that chokes the lungs of anyone touched by them, causing serious damage. Filtration or breathing apparatus such as gas masks provide the only source of protection from this poisonous air.

**** Wall of Air
While Scourges can stir air into an angry gale with but a word, they can also condense it into an impenetrable barrier, stopping solid objects as though they'd struck a stone wall. When this evocation is performed, the air visibly distorts, like old, wavy glass. The stronger the barrier is, the more opaque it becomes. The wall covers several dozen square feet, or can be made into any shape or size within that limit by the Scourge. It remains for up to an hour, unless removed early by the character's will. It will also fade immediately if the evoker is incapacitated.
Torment: Monstrous demons create walls of air that resemble weaves of writhing grey mist that sear the flesh like acid. Individuals who attempt to force their way through the barrier suffer horrific burns, which become all the more painful if the power is evoked by a higher-Torment demon.

***** Cyclone
This potent evocation allows the Scourge to infuse the air with the power of his Faith, stirring up a raging whirlwind in the time of a heartbeat. This furious storm affects everything it touches, but the demon can focus it all against a specific target if desired. The howling winds toss light objects about, blow doors apart, shatter windows, and throw smaller people from their feet, in addition to battering and bruising sorely anyone caught within (aside from the evoker).
Torment: The hungry heart of a monstrous demon's storm sucks the very air from the lungs of the living to add to its strength. Every living being asides the evoker will take painful damage as they struggle for the air ripped from their lungs (the damage is lessened for vampires and other beasts which do not breath). If the storm gains too much strength, that even the demon cannot control it, it spirals out of control, harming even the demon herself.
