22.0. The University of London: The University of London exists to promote understanding of and progress in the sciences of Medicine, Art, and Music among other disciplines. There is of course a cost for attending the University, but it does improve ones skill and push them forward in their careers.
22.1. Medical School: Medical Skill (RXA) for all characters begins at Zero. Through study at the University, RXA improves at a rate of .25 per 3 week course. The three weeks do not have to be consecutive but must be within a single month and costs 50 crowns. However, characters studying Medicine do not have to study medicine every month.
22.2. Academy of Art: A character may begin with a preliminary Artistic Skill (AA). Through study at the University, Artistic Skill improves at a rate of .5 per 3 week course at a costs 15 crowns. Characters studying Art do not have to study every month. They can attend the University whenever they want to improve their skill.
