This horse is obviously an appaloosa. If his coat pattern didn't give it away, then his striped left front hoof should have. This horse also has white scleras and mottled skin which make him appy through and through. Smokey is "roaning out" which is a common occurance among appys. He also has a left hind sock which is not easily discernable in the photo, but if you saw it, give yourself an extra two points.
