This is a really simple dish to prepare and it's always a huge hit at parties
french bread (sliced thin and toasted slightly)
fresh basil & olives to garnish
Combing tomatoes and garlic in a food processor. Blend until as smooth as possible.
Add capers and olives. Pulse the motor a few times until incorporated, but still maintaining texture
Spread goat cheese on each toast round and top with tapenade
