Guns'n' Roses

Finally the screens are all set for 'Guns and Roses' Shaan's long awaited directorial debut, faisal's comeback and Tanvir Fatima Rehman's first experience as financier and producer, that too in the rather new ways of lollywood. But despite a few unsavory experiences in Lahore's filmworld, she is determined to go ahead with movie productions. Besides 'Guns and Roses' she is also working on other project 'Mujhey Chand Chahiay which is half done and is expected to be released in the next six months.

'Guns and Roses Ik Junoon' deals with good versus bad. It is about terrorism and all that is tearing the country apart,  especially the much flatted  'hidden hands'   The cast includes  Shaan,   Faisal Rehman,  Javed Shaikh, Resham, Meera, Saira Khan, Nayaar Ijaz and Farooq Zameer. Shaan plays Javed Shaikh and Faisal Rehman as policeman. Meera is pairedwith  Shaan and  Resham, who plays  Javed Shaikh's  niece,  is with  Faisal Rehman.  However, one of the most important roles is that of  Farooq Zameer  who is the don of the underworld. Besides a strong story and unique treatment by the director, the music is an important aspect of the film. The songs are melodious and a departure from the usual Pakistani film scores. And the picturisation differs entirely from other sequences. There are six numbers in the films and each one is different.
