The Price is Right began in 1972 on CBS, With Bob Barker as host. The show has been on for 31 years now, and it is a popular as ever. Everybody is elegible to be a contestant in the audience. If you are lucky enough, you might get called on down to contestants row, and get to bid on the prizes. If you are closest to the actual retail price of the prize w/o going over, you get to play a pricing game. Reguardless of weather you win or loose, you get to spin the big wheel. Whoever gets closest to one dollar without going over goes to the showcase, which they bid on. Whichever person comes nearest to the actual retail price of their showcase wins it! |

~As you are probably well aware, Rod Roddy recently passed away. This leaves a opening for the announcing position. Many Speculate that either Randy West or Burton Richardson will get the job.
~Model Clauida Jordan had left TPIR, saying that she no longer enjoys her job. No word on weather they will hire permanant replacemnts, or contine model rotation.
~Bob Barkers 80th birthday is December 12!
~The Next Prime TimeMillion Dollar Spectaculars will have special themes! Bob's Birthday episode will air December 13, Armed Forces December 18, and a College-Only episode, for which an air date has yet to be announced... |
