| My family went to Carolina Place Mall over the weekend. While I was there I went in the nearby toy store. There were several new toys out this year. I walked down the stuffed animal aisle, when suddenly a tiny green ball of fur jumped out at me. It was shaped like a Big Ben clock. It had antenna's on top with stick-like arms. It was as suprised to see me as I was to see it. Suddenly, it talked "How ya doing?" "do ya live here?". I said "you can talk!", he nodded by moving his antenna's up and down. "My name is Osh Bosh and I came from the moon! What is all the decorations up for?" I started to tell him all about Christmas and why we celebrated it. He was amazed about the story of Christ. I also explained about the giving and recieving of gifts. I was just about to explain about "Santa" when Jolly Old St. Nick himself appeared in his red outfit. He was getting ready to greet the kids and have pictures taken with them. Osh Bosh wanted to meet Santa, so I took him over to his chair. They talked for awhile and Osh Bosh had his picture taken with Santa. He was so excited that his antenna's started moving again. Santa got a great idea from Osh Bosh and asked him to stay and become the new toy for 2003!! He agreed and went back to the North Pole with Santa. They promised to send me a model of "Osh Bosh" next year for my Christmas Present!! THE END |
