assignment other than at Pearland, Alvin, or Rosenberg, they
are to submit constructive code FE on their working yard ticket
and state in the remarks section that they want the ticket to be

ARCOLA
At Martin Merietta, track 5120, the derail switch stand will not clear
an employee riding the side of a car. All employees are to stop the
movement, dismount and walk the car(s) past the derail.

SIENNA PLANTATION
On the Galveston subdivision, Sienna Plantation crossing, located at

and whistle boards have been removed and it will no longer be
necessary to sound the whistle at this location.

TEMPLE

Road crews going on duty at Temple will be governed by the following:

1. Conductor must report to tower within 15 minutes of on duty
time for job briefing and to acquire necessary paperwork.

2. When reporting to tower, crews requiring road limo must
inform tower if limo has arrived.

3. If limo has not arrived after 30 minutes from on duty time,
the tower must be notified again. If tower telephone is busy,
take the elevator to the 3rd floor and speak directly to tower staff.

4. Any road crew requiring the use of a yard limo must notify the
tower staff when a limo is not available ready to perform service.

5. Notify the yardmaster or ATM as soon as they are on their
   train and ready to depart.

6. Notify the proper dispatcher they are ready to depart. If train
does not depart within 10 minutes after above notifications,
they must contact yardmaster or ATM giving the reason
   they have not departed.

When instructed by Yardmaster to spot cars for a yard air brake
test, place the leading car directly at the air spot of the
designated track. The air spot will be painted orange.

When handling flat cars 70 feet or greater in length, switch cuts
must be limited to 20 cars or less.

Switch jobs operating on the South end of Temple Yard and handling
cuts of cars which include twenty (20) or more loads will cut in a
minimum of five (5) cars of air.

Temple Yard radio channels:
East side (Tracks 101 thru 112): Channel 36
West side (Tracks 113 thru 127): Channel 64
Trains entering or departing Temple Yard must contact yard engines
which may be working at either end of yard on appropriate radio
channel before fouling yard lead tracks. If unable to contact
yard engines, verify with yardmaster or ATM that there are not
any engines working on yard leads to be used.

All trains using the Lampasas mainline must ring bell continuously
between 1st street and 25th street. Do not blow whistle at the private
crossing at the Temple roundhouse on the Lampasas mainline.

Radio and presence detector has been removed from the derail on the
west end of the west lead at Temple. This change makes it possible
to line the derail under a moving train. Do not attempt to line the
derail while a train is moving over this derail.

Trains departing Temple enroute to UP railroad at Opal are exempt
from BNSF train make-up rules.

At Temple diesel service facility (DSF), operating employees are
not permitted to move locomotives other than their own consist.
They must not couple into any other equipment. While making
all moves within the DSF area, a radio on either the controlling
locomotive or conductor's packset must be turned to channel 51
in order for mechanical personnel to deliver instructions or
information.

At Temple, when called for multiple trips to either relieve trains
or handle trains out of the terminal to sidings outside the terminal,
it is the responsibility of the conductor to contact the trainmaster
or ATM prior to tying up in order to determine if the crew
is released from duty or if further service is required.

Effective immediately, the foreman on all yard jobs designated
"RCL" will be required to use and be designated by the RCL
(Remote Control Locomotive) transmitter unit labeled "A"
and perform work during their entire tour of duty using this
transmitter.

Outbound crews at Temple will:
1. Notify the yardmaster or ATM as soon as they are on their
   train and ready to depart.
2. Notify the proper dispatcher they are ready to depart. If train
does not depart within 10 minutes after above notifications,
they must contact yardmaster or ATM giving the reason
   they have not departed.

No smoking policy is in effect on Tennaco Industry property.
All crews switching Tennaco Industry must receive a job
briefing from trainmaster or ATM before switching at Tennaco.

When shoving cars across HK Dodgen Loop, the crew member
that is protecting the shove must precede the movement on foot,
crossing to the far side prior to equipment fouling the grade
crossing.

Effective April 28, 1998 designated lodging for TYE employees
when tying up at Temple will be the Travel Lodge, located at
802 General Bruce Dr., phone number 254-778-4411. Away from
home crews tying up at Temple will be transported to the Travel
Lodge for their rest. If rooms are not available, the Travel Lodge
will arrange for lodging at another facility. Crews must not
make their own arrangements for alternative lodging. BNSF
will not be responsible for employees staying at unauthorized
lodging facilities. The code for the computer room at the
Travel Lodge is 3-2-1.

Conductors must report arrival and departures in and out of
Kerr to Field Support as soon as possible. Field Support's
phone number is 817-317-6211.
