(Note: This is only the later part of a longer dream. I am pretty sure that the whole dream occurred inside UP-Diliman although this is the only part I can tell. I dreamed this at 3.22.09 but due to schedule constraints, was only able to post it today.) It is the last day of our CS12 laboratory. It is already very dark and my watch pointed near the points indicating 11:30. Lab session is not yet finished. However, I am not inside the lab. I am eating my supper somewhere in the far side of UP-Diliman (in my dream, I am in a rather modified version of the SC). I finished my supper and started running towards the Computer Science building located at the other side of the campus. My watch told me that it is already a few minutes after 11:30 and I knew that I have less than thirty minutes to finish the Machine Exercises for this final session. I reached the Computer Science building and the hands of my watch pointed at almost the same spot as though running accross the width of the campus cost me no time at all. I am not even exhausted. However, instead of proceeding to our laboratory upstairs, I entered the second floor of the library (Note: The second floor of the library is located at the first floor of the building. The first floor of the library is located at the ground floor). After a few moments, most of my first-semester blockmates entered. It wasn't limited to my blockmates who are still in Computer Science. Even those who are already shifting-out was present. They sat themselves and I am under the impression that some kind of meeting is about to take place. Next, a few upperclassmen entered. Sir J, my CS12 instructor, and Sir E, my CS11 instructor last semester, also entered. The upperclassmen set up the equipment needed for the meeting quickly. Sir J, upon seeing me, exclaimed surprise that I came very late. I greeted Sir E before talking to Sir J about my final session. I asked Sir J if L and N are still upstairs to which he said yes. I asked him how many Machine Exercises are assigned for this meeting. For this meeting, he told me, he gave the exercises in four parts. He usually gave two at the most. I ran upstairs, towards our lab. There I found L and N, both still coding, accompanied by J. I set-up my laptop quickly and started coding as soon as it booted-up. J gave me all the four parts of the Machine Exercise. I started on the first problem and finished quickly. However, when I tested the program, an error greeted me. I asked J to help me debug my code. The dream ends. |
