Full Name: Lance Alvers (honestly, as if you didn't know that already)

Codename: Avalanche (likewise with the you-should-already-know-that)

Mutant Power: Technically, geological manipulation, but it causes mental backlash with varying effects, depending on the amount of energy expended. In English:He can make earthquakes, and these earthquakes make headaches. The bigger the earthquake, the bigger the headache and the crankier he is the next day. This may very well be the sole reason why Bayville High is still standing.

Friends: Kitty Pryde, Pietro Maximoff, Todd Tolensky, Freddy Dukes, Tabitha, possibly some human friends at Bayville, we're never really shown much. Oh yeah, and that Griff or something guy from his old school, but they probably had a falling out after Lance 'avalanched' their school, alerting the teachers that a certain someone broke in and stole the exam answers.

Enemies: Scott Summers, Jean Grey, Duncan Matthews, Kitty's parents, Professor Xavier, yet again, possibly some human enemies but we can't be sure

Lovelife: In the actual show, he's got a major crush on Kitty, who probably feels the same way. In fanfics, however, he's often paired with Rogue simply because before Tabby she was the only Brotherhood girl, therefore, the only non-slashy solution to a Brotherthood couple, despite the fact they didn't actully get along that well. Don't get me wrong, I'm not dissing Rola (Lance/Rogue), it's just that it wouldn't happen in the show. Lance has been paired with a variety of people for slash, including Scott (a lot of people have the idea that if someone's your rival, that makes you automatically have a crush on someone, but Scott/Lance pairings are fun to read), Pietro (personally, I don't really see any slashy hints in the rare Brotherhood moments, but, to each their own) and, uh, someone else I can't remember now! I would just like to note I have nothing against any of these couples... any pairing with Lance is a good pairing in my eyes.

First Appearance: The X-Impulse: Lance walks out of the Boys Changing Rooms with a can of spray paint and starts spraying the lockers. He hears Kitty struggling inside one, stops and Kitty phases on top of him. He is so surprised, he accidentally sprays himself with the can. Heh, he looks funny

Particular Shining Moments: I really liked it when Kitty was all happy in the office of their old school and she was all 'Did you see me?" and Lance was all 'Yeah, you were great!'. Totally cute Lancitty moment there!

Personality: Lance was designed, according to the guys who worked on Evo, as the tough guy, the Anti-Scott. He seems to have a really BIG crush on Kitty Pryde, and temporarily defected to the X-Men (sobs) to be with her. He is like the big brother of the Brotherhood (heh, that sounded funny!) and, becuase he's the oldest, is generally relied upon to figure out the money-making and food-getting schemes after Mystique leaves them on Asteriod M. One of his more dubious attention-seeking ideas is announcing to the entire Bayville population that the X-Men and BOM were mutants at a soccer game. Well, as if you can't tell since I dedicated a whole Internet Site to him, I really really really like Lance!
