Program description

Mail client for multiple POP3 mailboxes.
Headers (sender, subj, date, size, charset) can be viewed without fetching the whole message.
Any letter can be viewed or deleted.
Information about accounts is protected with a password.

History

• 23 February 2002: version 1.5
  Changes:
  • Message body can be converted between KOI8, WIN-1251, ISO, MAC, DOS (866) charsets.
  • If a letter is in KOI8 than it's automatically converted to WIN.
  • Information about accounts is encrypted and protected with the password.
  • Headers are fetched immideately after connection is established.
  • Fixed a bug mentioned in previous release.

  So, more or less but it is working: you can check/view/delete mail. However, if the letter is in KOI-8 you'll have to copy text to something like Bred to read it. Also there seems to be a bug: when you delete a message, you probably won't be able to view others until you refresh the list.
