Program description

This is just a very simple converter of IE Favorites to html file that can be imported into Mozilla and Netscape bookmarks.
No interface, no command line arguments, no interaction - I just urgently needed a converter and wrote this within an hour.
As the result all the options are fixed: IE favorites should be in the current directory under the folder named Favorites (with captital F!!!). Output can be found in a converted.html file.
