 Regent of Freeport

Holder of the title of Regent of Freeport, Delmut is henceforth that state's appointed ruler and lord.  Like his forebears, Delmut is a warrior king, but he now grows older, being at sixty years old, and he now can only engage in battle when absolutely necessary for him to do so.  During his long reign, Freeport have suffered, though not by his rule - despite their best efforts, the people of Freeport were brought low by the Vampire Clans of Melchiah and Raziel, who have both taken their share of the realm's lands for their own.  However, despite these immense setbacks and the fact that Freeport is all but cut off from the rest of the Human Territories, it is of great credit to Delmut's leadership abilities that he has managed to keep his people's spirits in good order.  Ever a proud man, Delmut is prepared to give everything to ensure the safety of his people, and will do anything to see freeport restored to its former glory and even beyond - even to the point of at the very least considering to bend his knee before a woman...
