With the pending threat lingering over us, world peace is established. The "One Nation Pact" is signed by all world leaders. The United Nations becomes the central system of government and it's head subsequently is the "Commander" of the planet.
Russia, China, and the United States manuver their satellite missle defense systems and launch a gigantic nuclear strike on the meteor.
The meteor is destroyed and the planet saved. But, unknown to us at the time, the meteor was composed of an alien material. That material changed in composition when exposed to the intense heat and nuclear radiation. The resulting "Mutagenic Particles" landed on Earth like a cosmic rain.
The first "evolved" humans are discovered. This was originally encouraged as the natural course.
It is estimated that 100,000 "Evoes" (evolved humans) exist on Earth. The first agency of superiors (called "The Alliance") is formed to oppose any threats to the planet.
The number of Evoes jumps to over 250,000. Every government, organization, and major corporation have superiors on their payroll.
It is determined that the agencies that enforce the law are outnumbered by those that enforce chaos 2 to 1. The Alliance asks The Commander to assist.
The Commander envokes martial law across the Earth. This lasted for 3 months. Even with there enhanced weaponry, the armies of the Earth were easily overrun.
Government agencies begin covert operations in order to regain control.
It is determined that the chaotic forces on the planet are all controlled by one person. That person is only known as "Destiiny"
Destiny's location is discovered and the team called "The C.I.Agents" is dispatched to defeat him. The C.I.Agengs not only failed, but were executed on live television.
All attempts to defeat Destiny have failed. Lightwave is made the leader of The Alliance and guarantees victory over Destiny in 5 years.
The Alliance executes their plan to take down Destiny. The plan worked and Destiny's fortress was destroyed. However, Destiny was not there. His son, Warp, was accidently killed in the battle.
Destiny launches a devestating attack on the people of Earth. What is now know as "The Superior War" begins.
Destiny is finally defeated and the war ends. The remaining members of The Alliance (Lightwave, Hammer, Taranchula, Big Ben, Mind stream, and Grizzly) struck the final blow. Peace is restored, but at the cost of millions of lives, pieces of our land, and 1/4 of the moon.
The United Nations is reformed and a new Commander is elected. The first command is to unleash Mind Stream's discovery on a global scale. The Nurogenic Bomb begins it's construction.
The Mutant Restriction Act is passed. Allowing the bomb's release.
The bomb is completed and detonates in our atmosphere at 6:02am GMT on Aug. 19th. All superior teams are disbanded except The Alliance; who, now powerless, are still on the payroll in a "consultant" capacity.
The Alliance is officially disbanded.
This is when it was determined the mutagenic particles began adapting to urogenic energy.
The Evoes begin to emerge on the planet again. The MEC is disbatch to nutralize the threat, but the nurogenic weapons have no effect.
Yoshi Hirosito is elected U.N. Commander. Commander Hirosito abolishes the Mutant Restriction Act and disbands the Mutant Enforcement Commision.
Commander Hirosito reactivates The Alliance. The only living member (Lightwave, now 83) is mandated to recruit a new team.
