| Projected Itinerary 1/6 - Leave Omaha NE for Shanghai, China. We�ll meet the rest of our group in San Francisco. 1/7 � Arrive in Shanghai; spend the night in Shanghai. 1/8 � Leave for Wuhan, via air. Arrive Wuhan and check into hotel. Take a bus to the provincial Registration Office. PICK UP EMMA! Return to hotel. 1/9 � Adoption registration in the morning and adoption notarization in the afternoon. (Our agency says a notary in China is equivalent to a state Supreme Court justice in the U.S.�so a big event). After these two steps, we are legally Emma�s parents. 1/10 � Apply for Emma�s passport. Take a group photo. And go shopping, yeah! 1/11 � Tour to the Yellow Crane tower. 1-12-1/13 � weekend to do whatever we like. 1/14 � Receive notarized documents. 1/15 � Leave Wuhan via air for Guangzhou. Check into hotel. 1/16 - Get Emma�s visa photo and medical exam. 1/17 � Visa application documents are delivered to the U.S. Consulate. Go to the consulate and take oath. 1/18 � Get visa application documents and prepare to return home. 1/19 � Leave Guangzhou for Omaha. Shanghai weather: 30-40F Wuhan: 35-45F Guangzhou: 60-70F |
