LOGYBOMB DRINKING
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
One of my favorite past times has to be knockin back a few cold ones with a couple of friends. Now this shouldn't be done often cause like my uncle is finding out it can lead to liver problems. In this section of my site I'd like to showcase a different beer and liquor every week. Feel free to e-mail with any drinking related ideas.
BEER
This pretty pick to the right is arguably the best beer of 2003. It's a wheat ale called " Bavarian Weiss ". I'd describe it as a fluffy malt with a very comfortable taste to it.  It has an alcohol content of 7.3% and it's brewed a few miles out of munich. In a very old dutch brewery. I wouldn't make this a my usual ale for it is a tad strong. Although if your a true connoisseur you will not want to past this up. Happy hunting.
This is a cure for the day after.

wine
  The wine above is a personal favorite of mine. It is a Rutherford Ranch 2000 Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley. It's only $10 and it could easily go for $20 to $25. It has a brillant straw hue and an asparagus and herbal aroma. A rich entry leads to a moderatly full bodied palate with a very forward fruit with a herbacious finish. alcohol content is (13.5%)
spirits
Grand Marnier Cuve`e Speciale  has a amber, lush orange marmalade, vanilla, carmel aroma suggesting extensive oak aging. A viberent super smooth entry leads into a full-bodied palate with explosive orange and brown spice flavors. It also finishs beautifully with a complex interplay of flavor elements and the long dry spicy quality of aged cognac. A remarkable liqueur. Alcohol content 40%
This was also the winner of the "2001 Best Spirit Award".
