| COPING WITH THE 'RUNS': When your yuletide logz turn to yuletide diahearrea whilst travelling (and you are finding you need to take a tour of the toilets in your place of destination), here's what to do: - Drink plenty of water (preferably bottled water in countries where the water is of dubious quality; - Eat fruit like apples, papaya, bananas etc (although some doctors would advise against anything fibrous); - Eat soup, bread etc; - Make sure you travel to places where the toilets are not too far away!!!! - Be sure to carry some dunny paper - just in case!!! |
