Mt. Saint Helens
What you see behind you is Mt.  Saint Helens.  Mt. Saint Helens is located in Washington.  Mt.  Saint Helens used to be called, the " Fuji of America," because of it's close likeness to the real Fuji in Japan.  Now, the top of the mountain that used to look so beautiful compared to the rest of the mountain in Washington, is now gone.  The 1980 eruption blanketed the northwestern United States of America and took the peak with it.

The mountain even without the loss of it's peak, wasn't the tallest mountain in Washington.  It stood 9,677 ft above grond but, it was only the 5th tallest mountain in Washington.  Now,  Mt. Saint Helens is 8,364 feet tall.  It has strong steaming volcanic activity.  In all of it's years, Mt. Saint Helens has erupted about 200 times.  The most recent  was in 1980.
