2-LBS.SHRIMP OR CRAYFISH,2-STICKS BUTTER,2-CANS OF MUSHROOM SOUP ,3- MEDIUM ONIONS,CHOPPED FINELY,2-BELL PEPPERS,CHOPPED FINELY,1-TBSP.PAPRIKA,1/2TSP.CREOLE SEASONING ,TONY'S TO YOUR TASTE.****Melt butter in a black iron pot .Add peppers and onions.Sauts until soft.Add soup ,1 -1/2 cans of water. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes,often stir.Add the rest of the ingredients,Stir well.Cover and cook for about 45 minutes on low heat. Serve over rice or spaghetti .
2lb.shimp[uncooked] 4-strips bacon,2-tbsp.flour,3-cups sliced okra ,2-green peppers,chopped,2-tbsp.corn oil,1-can tomatoes,2qt.water,1-bay leaf,1tsp.salt,3-cloves garlic,1-onion,cayenne pepper or tabasco to your taste** ***Peel and devein the shrimp.Cook the bacon.Make a dark roux by browning flour in the bacon drippings. Add the shrimp to the roux and stir together for several minutes.Set it aside.Smother peppers/,onions,and okra in oil.When okra is almost tender,add tomatoes and blend well.Add roux and shrimp mixture.blend;add water,bay leaf,garlic ,salt and cayenne or tabasco.Cover and simmer gently for about 30 to 60 miuutes.Remove bay leaves before serving over rice.

GARLIC SALT,OIL.**** In a large bowl,combine milk and 1-tablespoon cajun seasoning , add chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-hours. In a large resealable plastic bag combine flour,lemon-pepper ,garlic salt and remaining cajun seasoning . Drain chicken and discard milk mixture. Place chicken in flour mixture and shake to coat. In a heavy skillet heat 1/4-inch of oil , fry chicken 8 or 9 minutes or until juices run clear or to your taste ..

GARLIC POWDER,1-SAUSAGE,2-CUPS RICE,4-CUPS WATER,2-STICKS CELERY,CHOPPED,1-ONION,CHOPPED,1-BELLPEPPER,CHOPPED,2 OR 3 CHICKEN BREAST****Put oil in pot.Cut chicken into small pieces.Cut onion,bellpepper,celery and sausage into small pieces and place into pot.Stir until chicken and sausage is brown.Add black and red pepper and garlic powder.Stir well.Add rice and water.Cook slowly until rice is done.
