The Last Show On Earth
Write An Episode Competition
Official Rules:
1. The episode submissions should have to do with the characters in “The Last Show On Earth” and somehow further the plotline.
2. The submission should be written to run between four and eight minutes.
3. The submission may not be used to give the author a guest spot on the show. (Note: the author MAY create ONE new minor character, but the TLSOE crew retains the right to put someone in the role).
4. The submission may not contain anything impossible for the TLSOE crew to film/make happen. Don’t forget; we’re low budget funny.
5. Avoid profanity as much as possible. A little goes a long way.
6. The submission must be written to somehow include the character ‘Tim the Techie’, a musical number, a life size cardboard cutout of Legolas, and embarrass Max.

Contractual Details:
“By submitting a screenplay to TLSOE’s Write An Episode Competition, I (the digitally undersigned) agree to give TLSOE full rights to use and produce my screenplay. I (the digitally undersigned) give TLSOE full authority to make alterations and/or to modify my script for any reason.”

Submission Details:
Please send an email to [email protected] with the attached screenplay in . rtf (rich text format) format, with the subject “TLSOE WAEC”. Please include the name you wish us to refer to you as in the email. We will contact you shortly thereafter to tell you the status of your screenplay. Your TLSOE Crew, Jacob, Max, Per and Nigel.

Prizes:
The winner of The Last Show On Earth : Write An Episode Competition will recieve:
- a copy of TLSOE Season One on DVD signed by the cast/crew.
- a TLSOE t-shirt in their chosen size, and with their chosen name emblazoned on it, signifying that they are a part of the TLSOE crew.
- a guest spot on the show (if they live in the area)
- and of course, their name in the credits of the show
