Per
the hat. Diagnosed with Stupid-itis (the swelling of the stupid gland) at an early age, Per was forced to don a magic hat, the only known cure. This has proved to be an incredibly succesful treatment with only one major side effect: while wearing the hat Per is unable to use his prodigious psychic powers. However, should Per ever remove the hat he would instantly regain use of all his powers, as well as a full force return of the stupid-itis. Per would thusly use his powers in a most random and irresponsible fashion. In fact it is possible that should Per's hat ever be removed he could destroy the entire group and never remember he did so. He would, however, remember that pancakes are delicious.
