What kind of game is this?

The main goal of this game is to give the players the ability to make their mark on the game world in a very direct fashion. In other MMOLG's, you might have the maximum level of character with the best gear but have you ever been able to make your mark on the world? Build a statue to your own greatness? Build a nation that will outlast you? I believe by having a game that the players can do world altering things will allow for an unprecedented depth of experience and make our game more addictive than heroine in an easy to use pill.

What about roleplay?

Role playing is something that is up to the individual. DAOC discovered that trying to police one roleplay server was taking the same resources as the rest of the servers combined. Hence, we suggest that you find other people who roleplay the way you like and live in their area.

How customizable is the interface?

>>>All keys re-mappable. There will be no 'fixed' keys. Everything on the screen (including the interface windows) will be able to be moved around, shown or not, etc. Containers (and bank vaults) will be able to be moved around, expanded outward (open, hold on lower right corner and drag out), etc. If you open a bag, stick the 'open bag graphic' in one part of the screen, close the bag and reopen it, the 'open bag graphic' will be where you had last left it. Graphic interface windows can also be resized, made more or less translucent, etc. Buttons can be moved around, added, gotten rid of, etc.

How do I move my character around?

>>>Hold down on whatever button you have assigned to make the character move forward. The character's default is 'jog'. 'Walking' is rarely used in most games but there will be a button for that. 'Sprint' is something that drains stamina rather quickly and doesn't last too long. It is good for fleeing, but we recommend horses, etc. Once someone is out of stamina, their jog speed is the fastest they can manage. Jumping also drains stamina and very quickly.
