This, my friends, is a yellow-bellied marmot (and no, I'm not making that up). The "Marmota Flaviventris" (nope, that's true too) is a creature that you would not desire to try and punt like a football. The Log A. Gator has allied himself with the marmot because of it's wet sucking feet and venomous lips (now that part I came up with). As you can see, the marmot reaches about one foot in heighth when standing on its' hindquarters. Yes, one FULL foot. His stature is intimidating to almost all small insects and worms, as well as certain species of head lice, ticks, and termites. Yeah...that's it. |
