Dr. Evil

For those of you who don't recognize this face, this is Dr. Evil (not Mr. Evil, he didn't spend six years in evil medical school to be called mister, thank you very much). He has been known to try and take over the world countless numbers of times, using various schemes such as royal sabatoge, punching holes in the "ozone layer" with "lasers", and giant bombs.  His evil henchmen are also included as part of the logagator's hit man list. These henchmen include Dr. Evil's number two man, Number 2, Random Task, Patty O'Brian, and others. However, Scott, Dr. Evil's "test tube" son, is not on this list. Logagator found him "un-evil," thus spoiling his chances to be a part of the clan.
