| This was my pride and joy for a couple of years, an Escort 1.6i Cabriolet. Theres nothing like an open top motor. Unfortunately Its now being scapped as I unfortunately neglected it. Anyone need any parts for Cabrio's? I have loads of spares for MK4 Escorts, email me with anything you might need. This is how it looked when I 1first bought the car (except the white indicators which I added almost straight away.). (The Astra in the background was Robs at the time the photo was taken wast then Stuarts, see stus car, its now long gone. |
| This is the most recent picture. I de-striped the side panes, removed the front and rear Ford badges and filled the space left in the bonnet. The standard 14" Dogleg alloys were replaced by 16" Mondeo ST24 chrome alloys. I added O.E. Electric windows and mirrors. The interior was upgraded to '90 spec recaro seats and I modified the centre consol to include a graphic equaliser and the alarm/power hood contols. What it doesn't show is the big dent in the near side front wing!!!! |

| Next on the mod's list was tinted the windows, replace the red trim with white, removed the spotlights and added Italic number plates. |
