End of an Era Celebrations 17th August 2002

On Saturday 17th August 2002 Past and present employees of Hick Hargreaves gathered at the Sweet Green Tavern to celebrate 170 years of occupation of the town centre site. Local celebrity Fred Dibnah attended with his steam roller which carries an Hick Hargreaves nameplate in recognition of the various help Hicks has provided over the years.
